Jürgen Anke is professor for software technology and business information systems at HTW Dresden. His research focuses on digital service systems, especially processes, methods and models for service innovation as well as the use of digital identities / self-sovereign identity in digital services.
He is also interested in university didactics and project-based teaching in the context of software engineering.
Before his appointment at HTW Dresden, he worked as a founder, consultant and researcher in the IT industry for over ten years, including at SAP and T-Systems.
As Director Products within Portfolio Management, Hartje Bruns, who holds a degree in media informatics, is primarily responsible for the development of products and solutions related to electronic identities.
As product and project Manager, he played a leading role in the development of the eID solution Governikus Panstar ID (formerly Governikus Autent). The use of the eID function of the identity card and further on the interoperability of different eID systems on European level are important milestones of his work. As a certified Scrum Product Owner, he is particularly interested in the close networking of product management and development.
He is currently responsible at ETSI ESI for the preparation of the specification 119 403-2 “Additional requirements for Conformity Assessment Bodies auditing Trust Service Providers that issue Publicly-Trusted Certificates” and holds the position of Vice Chair.
