Dear BtT community,
After Whitsun we are back with our third online edition of Between the Towers, which will focus on the topic of networks.
Networks such as the Internet, one of the best known and one of the most popular networks used by nearly four billion people worldwide every year, have become an integral part of our everyday lives.
They consist of a large number of computers, various mobile devices, servers or other devices that are connected to each other to share and exchange data. However, the networks already established today still hold so much potential for development that a whole technology area has developed around them.
Start-ups and other larger companies are already working to create the networks of the future, which will be able to adapt to the needs of their users in a flexible manner.
Our speakers will show us how networks continue to develop in the future and what potential they still have.
As keynote speakers, we welcome Deepesh Thakur and Christian Riemann from the Munich based startup 3rdEye Technik. Afterwards Jens Struckmeier from Cloud&Heat will give a short talk on the topic “Sustainable edge computing”. Our June event will end with a pitch presented by Felix Winterstein, CEO from Xelera.
We are already looking forward to seeing you again on June 2nd!
